Visual search is opt-in and experimental
The local image/text embedding pair is downloaded only when you ask for it and remains inside the app: queries, embeddings, and ranking never leave the device. It is a ranking aid—not a quality guarantee—and filename, OCR, tags, and metadata search continue to work without the model.
